I cannot thank Thomas and his team at Flex Roofing enough for the outstanding work they did on my mum's roof. Unfortunately, my mum had previously been ripped off by another roofer who left the roof in a terrible state, which understandably left her very anxious and worried about having any more work done. From the moment Thomas arrived, he was incredibly reassuring, professional, and understanding of the situation. Thomas and his team assessed the problem and fixed everything the very same day. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they kept us informed throughout the process, giving us complete confidence that the job was being done properly. It's rare to find a company that is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about its customers. Thomas and his team went above and beyond, and the peace of mind they've given my mum is priceless. I would highly recommend Flex Roofing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional roofers.

It’s always an anxious time handing over your home to a company for repair. By chance, Flex were replacing the roof of a neighbouring property and following some discussion, I decided to offer them my leaking roof for ‘re-sheeting’ which, unfortunately, uncovered a host of unseen defects that needed urgent repair. The team worked tirelessly, advising and improving the quality / structure of the roof and still keeping its original appearance. The team was punctual, friendly, polite, hard-working, tidy and obviously exceptionally skilled in their craft. Very reassuring.

Flex Roofing provided an outstanding service from start to finish. Initially, they came to fix what I thought was a roof leak, but they quickly identified that the issue was actually in the loft. They went above and beyond to resolve the problem efficiently and even pointed out some roof tiles that needed replacing. Their communication was brilliant throughout, keeping me informed every step of the way. The service was not only excellent but also incredibly swift. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality work!

I cannot recommend Flex Roofing enough, my MIL was approached by a couple of unscrupulous men who removed tiles from her roof. Thomas and his team helped her at very short notice ensuring her roof was safe and secure. The work was brilliant and an honest assessment was given on works needed moving forward. He, along with his colleague, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to quickly diagnose and address the problem, despite complications posed by the height and structure of our property.
